1. Create engaging and business oriented WEU go-to-market plans (paid media, creatives, live-ops, budget management, digital marketing) to support the lifecycle of the PUBG Mobile includes version updates, anniversary and big local events.

2. Manage brand activation projects, in support of games that are launched by the business unit, collaborating with internal stakeholders (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Partnership, Creative Development, Influencers, Community at WEU and HQ level)

3. Project management: monitor status of project from kick-off to post performance review -- check milestones and timeline to make sure on time delivery and conduct post mortem reports after project finishes.

4. Management of consumer facing content in a framework of market localisation and quality optimisation (copywriting, visual impact, trends..)

5. In addition to your WEU responsibilities, you are the point of contact for consultancy for the Germany/UK market and can represent the WEU team with key entities (first parties, gaming associations, Germany/UK expert vendors).

Who We Look For

1. Avid gamer with extended experience in mobile games, PC and console games, esp. in the shooter category and PUBG Mobile.

2. At least 7+ years of brand marketing experience of marketing operations, campaign implementation, and successful experience in global marketing, ideally in gaming

3. Experience developing, executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, paid media, influence, advertising, events and content creation.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and writing skills and capacity to influence different stakeholders including management level in a multi cultural environment.

5. Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to deliver results. Must be solution-oriented and comfortable delving into the technical aspects of publishing and marketing frameworks.

6. Experienced in making content for gaming brand and development and implementation. Demonstrated excellence in creating and executing strategies that drive demand through digital channels.

7. Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns.

8. Project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders.

9. Experience in going to market on several countries within the Western Europe or North American regions with a good understanding of the countries gaming environments and marketing background.

10. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and/or Mandarin would be a plus.
