Job Description  

Enablon Wolters Kluwer is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager for our Control of Work portfolio to join our growing team. As the Product Marketing Manager for Control of Work, you will independently manage key go-to-market initiatives, utilizing your advanced skills and understanding of the Control of Work domain to support the development and execution of strategic programs that increase win-rates and drive revenue for your product portfolio. Your expertise will be crucial in refining product positioning, analyzing market data, and ensuring successful programs across cross-functional teams. You will collaborate across departments to run or support a variety of programs including product launches, competitive intelligence, enablement sessions, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities   

  • Lead the development and execution of specialized go-to-market plans including product launches, market expansions, and more to meet portfolio revenue targets.
  • Refine and optimize product messaging and positioning to improve portfolio win rates.
  • Conduct complex market research and customer analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and enable cross-functional teams with valuable insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and proactively adjust marketing strategies accordingly, including enabling broader teams on trends and resulting impacts.
  • Track, report, and analyze program performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, and sales peers to successfully run go-to-market programs and adapt to market feedback.
  • Develop and update comprehensive collateral, enablement, and training materials for your portfolio.
  • Provide strategic insights based on market and competitive analysis.

Required Job Qualifications (5+ years required):   

  • Travel: This role requires travel an estimated 15% of the time  
  • Experience in Control of Work or Process Safety Management fields is considered a very strong asset. HANDS-ON INDUSTRY EXPERTISE IN THE CONTROL OF WORK / PROCESS SAFETY FIELD CAN BE PRIORITIZED OVER PRIOR MARKETING EXPERIENCE
  • GTM Programs: Experience creating, managing, and executing a variety of go-to-market programs including new product launches, competitive positioning exercises, market expansion initiatives, and more.
  • Strategic Messaging: Expertise in creating and refining compelling strategic messaging through a variety of mediums (decks, webpages, internal guides, etc.).
  • Data Analytics and Market Research: Skills in conducting market research and analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Insight Integration: Experience collecting and integrating market feedback into product and marketing strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
  • Project Management & Leadership: Ability to lead initiatives with strong project management skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
