About the Company

A global enterprise technology organisation is seeking a Product Marketing Manager focused on Content to support regional go-to-market initiatives across EMEA. The business operates at significant scale across digital infrastructure, payments, AI, and B2B technology markets.
About the Team

The international product marketing team drives go-to-market strategy across high-priority EMEA markets. The team focuses on creating locally relevant content strategies that go beyond direct translation, ensuring regional audiences are engaged through culturally relevant and market-specific storytelling.
The Role

We’re looking for an organised and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to own the regional content engine for the EMEA market. You’ll drive editorial strategy, develop insight-led content, and create both original and adapted assets across topics including fintech, enterprise technology, AI, cross-border commerce, and digital transformation.

This role requires strong product marketing fundamentals and operational thinking to build scalable regional content systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, consistency, and localisation quality while translating complex technical concepts into clear audience-focused narratives.
ResponsibilitiesSystems & AI-Driven Content Operations
  •  Design and implement scalable regional content workflows across marketing and sales enablement functions 
  •  Build structured processes covering intake, prioritisation, creation, localisation, and distribution 
  •  Develop reusable templates, toolkits, and playbooks to standardise content production 
  •  Introduce AI-enabled workflows to improve content scalability, speed, and quality 
  •  Partner cross-functionally with PMM, events, demand generation, and localisation teams 
  •  Audit existing workflows and identify operational improvements 
  •  Operate proactively in a fast-paced environment, identifying gaps and building scalable solutions 
Content Creation & Localisation
  •  Create and edit high-quality content including blogs, customer stories, landing pages, campaigns, whitepapers, and long-form assets 
  •  Develop event-related materials including keynote presentations, panel briefs, speaker notes, and post-event content 
  •  Adapt and localise global content for regional markets beyond direct translation 
  •  Produce SEO-informed content based on local market behaviour and keyword trends 
  •  Maintain brand consistency while tailoring messaging for local audiences 
  •  Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate content production while maintaining editorial standards 
  •  Repurpose and scale existing global assets where appropriate 
Content Activation & Distribution
  •  Partner with demand generation and growth marketing teams on campaign activation 
  •  Own regional content calendars aligned to product launches, events, and seasonal trends 
  •  Support field marketing initiatives with pre-event and post-event content 
  •  Collaborate with social marketing teams on channel-specific content strategies 
  •  Build proactive planning processes to reduce reactive content requests 
Sales Enablement
  •  Develop localised sales collateral including solution decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and competitive materials 
  •  Build and maintain regional content libraries for GTM teams 
  •  Establish scalable frameworks for enablement content production 
Measurement & Optimisation
  •  Track content performance and support reporting initiatives 
  •  Conduct regular content audits and refresh programmes 
  •  Measure operational efficiency improvements across content workflows 
  •  Use stakeholder feedback and performance data to optimise outputs 
Additional Support
  •  Support ad hoc regional marketing and communications initiatives where required 
RequirementsMinimum Requirements
  •  3+ years’ experience in content marketing, product marketing, journalism, or related B2B technology environments 
  •  Strong writing and editing capabilities with experience maintaining brand standards 
  •  Experience working across enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, AI, or digital technology sectors 
  •  Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills 
  •  Experience using AI tools and LLM-driven workflows for content production and scaling 
  •  Ability to translate technical concepts into commercially relevant messaging 
  •  Business-level English required; additional European languages beneficial 
Preferred Qualifications
  •  Experience working within global organisations across localisation and regional marketing 
  •  Understanding of payments, enterprise technology, or digital commerce ecosystems 
  •  Experience developing event collateral and sales enablement content 
  •  Familiarity with SEO and content analytics platforms 
  •  Passion for emerging technology and digital infrastructure
