Job Title: Product Marketing Lead

Reporting to: Head of Product Marketing

The Team

The primary goal of the product marketing team is to enable the commercial and marketing teams with high impact messaging and materials to reinforce Boku’s brand identity as a local payment leader, expert, and innovator. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product management team to provide leadership and expertise on how best to explain and position Boku’s products and capabilities internally and externally
  • Support the sales enablement needs of a global sales team, with best-in-class materials and sales training designed to scale the company’s revenue generation; delivering content for sales and marketing activities including (but not limited to): sales presentations, RFI/RFPs, customer/industry events, award/event applications, product workshops, etc.
  • Continuously collect data and information concerning Boku’s latest products and capabilities and adapt it for various external channels including (but not limited to): sales, account management, account based marketing, brand marketing, public relations, investor relations, analyst relations, employee recruiting, industry thought leadership events, etc.
  • Design and execute a content program that both establishes Boku’s thought leadership in fintech and payments while also generating customer demand
  • Develop and maintain educational programs and assets to keep employees, partners, and customers informed of the latest developments in payments.
  • Keep abreast of industry news, sharing relevant and notable articles amongst employees and stakeholders while selectively editorializing certain stories when doing so will help promote Boku’s interests in public channels and forums.
  • Assist marketing with content that will help elevate and sustain a high level of engagement and “share of voice” between Boku and the public around payment and fintech topics.  

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years product marketing experience, ideally in fintech.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical information into customer-friendly, commercially viable messaging.
  • Proven experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B products, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Experience developing sales playbooks or go-to-market strategies, including creating sales enablement materials such as presentations and toolkits.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish in a proactive and hands-on manner.
