About Arondite

Arondite enables organisations to wield autonomy, data and AI at scale. We equip operators with the foundational software to orchestrate their mix of platforms and capabilities and take mission-critical decisions faster than their adversaries.

We exist to ensure the UK and its allies out-think, out-pace and out-adapt those who seek to threaten our values and way of life. Our technology is designed for deployment in the world’s most austere environments, and is relied upon by the world’s most demanding operators. We deploy alongside them, bringing our technical expertise wherever it is needed.

You will join Arondite at a pivotal moment in the company’s journey. We are ambitious, building for the long-term and backed by globally renowned investors including Index Ventures (Anthropic, Wiz, Figma, Revolut). Our company is being built by exceptional people; people who find high-tempo and challenging work engaging and exciting and who consistently deliver outsized impact.

You will have ownership and autonomy from Day One. There is no corporate ladder at Arondite. We hire the best people and give them extremely high levels of autonomy; the sky is the limit for an individual with the right ambition.

If you are motivated by our mission and if you want to be part of an outstanding team, then we want to hear from you.

Role overview

You will own how our customers across the world understand Cobalt. That means what it is, what it does, how it is built, how it is deployed, and the value it can bring to mission-critical enterprise challenges.

You will sit at the centre of our go-to-market, working between Marketing & Communications, Business Development and Product. You will turn a deep, modular platform into clear compelling win themes, sharp collateral and confident GTM teams. You will define where we aim and how we win in each segment. You will help ensure every customer conversation our BD and deployed teams are clear, credible and compelling.

You'll join a lean MarComms team that is scaling fast. There's no product marketing playbook to inherit: you'll write it, then build the machine that runs it. You'll also stay hands-on, writing decks and briefings yourself, working with engineers to understand the architecture, and joining customer conversations to hear what lands. We'll judge your success by pipeline and win rates, not by the volume of collateral.

What you will do:
  • Segment go-to-market strategy. For each segment and campaign, define how we win: the buyers and influencers we target, from operators to CIOs, the channels and routes to market that reach them, the value propositions that land, and the competitive win themes that set us apart in highly competitive technology landscapes.
  • Positioning, messaging and naming. Own the single source of truth for how we describe Cobalt: its capabilities, features, architecture, use cases and deployment profiles. Name and package those capabilities into solutions for each segment.
  • The go-to-market content library. In partnership with Content Strategy and Marketing colleagues, build and maintain the suite of decks, capability briefings, fact sheets and use-case narratives our teams use every day, plus the value and ROI tools that help buyers build a business case.
  • Launches, campaigns and partners. Position and launch each release with Product, and turn segment strategy into campaigns with MarComms. Build the partner marketing programme that brings our hardware, model and integration partners into the Cobalt story.
  • Market insight, enablement and proof. Run competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis, and equip BD and deployment teams with the information they need to win. Turn deployments into case studies with our deployment strategists, and provide the product and technical point of view behind our thought leadership

Requirements

Arondite aims to bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds and with different perspectives; we therefore don’t expect people to have experience across every area of the requirements. Please apply even if you only partially fulfil the following lists.

You should have
  • Extensive experience in product marketing, technical marketing or a related role, including building go-to-market strategies and campaigns for distinct customer segments buying complex software.
  • Experience positioning to senior enterprise buyers, including value and ROI messaging for CIOs, COOs and operational leaders.
  • The technical fluency to understand data integration, AI models, sensors and edge deployment, and to explain them accurately to non-technical buyers.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling, and a track record of influencing Product and sales teams without formal authority.
Ideally you will also have:
  • Experience in defence, national security, critical national infrastructure or another regulated enterprise sector.
  • Experience as an early Product Marketing hire would be highly advantageous, establishing the function as an IC in a rapidly scaling organisation with minimal structure and frequent ambiguity.
  • Time at a platform company with a forward-deployed engineering model.
  • Experience positioning one platform across several industries, including naming and packaging vertical solutions.
  • Experience building partner programmes or partner-led routes to market, through systems integrators, primes or technology alliances.
  • Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
Right to Work

We require that all candidates have an existing Right to Work in the UK at the time of application.

Security clearance

We believe in working closely with defence customers. As a result, this role is likely to require you to hold a clearance or be willing to undergo UK security vetting to Security Check (SC) or above. This normally requires having continuous residency in the UK for at least 5 years.

Office vs hybrid working

We are focused on building a positive, collaborative engineering-driven culture. We therefore believe in making the office a friendly, comfortable and fun place to be, and we try to work from the office where possible. Of course, there are times when it makes sense for you to work from home and that's OK. You may also need to travel to visit customers, depending on your role. But in general, you should only apply to join Arondite if you're excited to come into the office and work in person by default.

Interview process
  1. Introductory Teams call with Talent team (15 mins)
  2. Phone screen with hiring manager (30-45 mins)
  3. In-person interview (1-2 hours)
  4. Founder interviews with each of Arondite’s Founders (1 hour)

Benefits
  • Highly competitive base salary
  • Generous equity in EMI share options in a well-funded and growing start-up
  • 7% employer pension contribution
  • Free meals in the office every day
  • Private health and dental insurance, with opt-in cover for dependants
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Relocation support
  • Access to any resources and training that you need to do your job in a world-class way
