About the role:
🚀 Kick off your career with a Product Marketing Internship at Goodnotes!
We’re looking for a curious and motivated communicator to join our Brand and Product Marketing team and help us get even closer to our users. In this role, you won’t just write — you’ll help gather customer feedback, organize insights from users, and bring fresh perspectives on product positioning and messaging, especially from a student or recent graduate’s point of view.
You’ll also support competitive analysis, contribute ideas to strengthen our marketing strategy, and work directly with an international team on real-world marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn, collaborate, and make an impact — while sharpening both your research and writing skills.
This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:
- Moderate and coordinate conversations within our user community
- Respond to user feedback and questions across multiple channels
- Manage updates, surveys, and prompts to keep users informed
- Track, organize, and analyze user feedback to surface key insights
- Support daily community operations and maintain internal documentation
What you need to be successful
- Penultimate or final year student in a related field
- You have an advanced or proficient level of English
- You’re passionate about digital note-taking and AI
- You’re an active Goodnotes user
- Excellent written communicator with strong emotional intelligence
- Interested in community building and user-facing roles
