Job Description

Product Launch Planning & Execution

Support three major product launches through both indirect sampling (events, partners, activations) and direct-to-consumer initiatives (online requests, targeted mailings, etc.).
Assist in planning, managing, and executing product seeding strategies for each new project launch, ensuring the right products reach the right consumers at the right time.
Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and key milestones so that launch plans are executed on time and in line with brand guidelines.

Consumer Engagement & Experience

Support the design and delivery of consumer initiatives and tools that drive trial, awareness, and ongoing engagement with the brand.
Address and resolve consumer inquiries and requests related to each new project launch via our data collection and feedback channels, ensuring responses are timely, helpful, and on‑brand.
Capture insights from consumer interactions to help the team understand what’s working and where we can improve future campaigns.

Operations & Fulfilment Coordination

Collaborate with fulfilment providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product launch delivery to consumers (e.g., stock availability, order processing, shipping).
Monitor and optimize product seeding and delivery processes to enhance consumer satisfaction and minimize delays or errors.
Support with day‑to‑day operational tasks related to packing, dispatch, tracking, and troubleshooting any fulfilment issues that may arise.

Reporting, Analysis & Insights

Provide detailed reporting and analysis for each new project launch, including volume of samples sent, response rates, and key engagement metrics.
Track performance of product seeding campaigns and consumer initiatives, highlighting trends, learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare clear, concise summaries and presentations to share results and recommendations with the wider team.

Cross Functional Collaboration & General Support

Contribute to cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, sales, digital, and operations teams to streamline campaign operations and ensure alignment on launch objectives.
Support day‑to‑day needs of the team for ongoing product launch tasks, admin, and ad‑hoc projects as required.
Proactively identify ways to improve processes, tools, and communication to make future launches more efficient and impactful.

Qualifications

You’re a Red Bull drinker, you understand our brand and love what we do – if not, you probably won’t convince anyone else to do these things.
You are interested in how brands are managed and the methods and tools used to help define what a brand stands for, how it is communicated and how to help others working on the brand to bring it to life.
You are curious and interested the ways in which brands connect with consumers with meaning and purpose.
You demand executional excellence from yourself and others and leave no stone unturned to deliver the goal.
A flair for creative copy-writing underpinned by a mastery of the English language
Incredible communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail, even when under pressure
Able to follow processes consistently and efficiently.
Confident to coordinate internal stakeholders at all levels, agencies, customers and other external partners.
Creative problem solving – if there’s a solution, you will find it!
