The Role:
We are looking for a creative and results oriented Product Marketing Executive to accelerate the growth of our competition products through strategic planning, innovative campaign development, and seamless collaboration across teams to deliver strong acquisition and retention performance. 

Main responsibilities :

  • Design and implement strategic go-to-market plans to increase awareness and participation in trading competitions. 
  • Ensure strategies align with the overall product objectives and the company vision. 
  • Partner with various marketing departments to design and roll out impactful acquisition and retention campaigns. 
  • Dive deep into campaign results and draw out key trends, successes, and areas for improvement. 
  • Work closely with product owners to implement relevant marketing strategies. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify effective strategies for acquiring and engaging high-value users. 
  • Relay findings to relevant marketing departments and suggest strategic shifts when necessary. 

Main requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. 
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in Digital Product Marketing or a similar role.  
  • Proven experience in fintech, online trading or a similar industry. 
  •  Ability to simplify complex functionality into compelling, easy-to-understand benefits. 
  • Working experience with user behaviour tools, like GA4, FullStory and AppsFlyer will be considered an advantage. 
  • Proven ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies. 
  • In-depth grasp of customer behaviour, market nuances, and industry shifts. 
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills. 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. 
  • Fluent in English.
