We are looking for a Product Marketing Executive to be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of our performance marketing and CRM campaigns across all monetizable digital products. This role will support the Product Marketing Managers to execute cross-channel performance marketing campaigns including paid media [search, social media, display, app advertising] as well as collaborate with the content and social teams on integrated plans across owned and earned media.  

 

You will work closely with many cross functional departments including marketing, content, product, race promotion and licensing and with our licensing partners to implement user acquisition strategies for F1 products [ie. F1 Store, F1 Tickets, F1 Fantasy] and support with the growth adoption of our licensing products, and will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to align growth efforts with broader company objectives. 

 

This position requires an analytical mindset, a flair for creativity, and experience in driving successful digital marketing campaigns and a self-starter attitude. 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute the user acquisition growth strategy across all digital channels to reach targets (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Apps, Affiliates, Influencer, SEO, ASO) 
  • Support licensing partners on their campaign and execute integrated plans with the F1 Marketing support. 
  • Support creative and media agencies to plan and execute the campaigns. 
  • Develop test and learn plans to constantly optimize the campaigns 
  • Measure and analyse digital campaign performance across the funnel. 
  • Work closely with the product and licensing partners to optimise user journeys, purchase propensity and purchase conversion rate with a view to drive incremental engagement and revenue. 
  • Support the management of the acquisition budget in line with the F1 race calendar 

 

About You

  • Batchelor degree in marketing or management
  • Experience managing D2C acquisition campaigns in fast-paced environment
  • Successful track record in a similar role in a commercial sector
  • Experience in managing paid media campaigns via an agency
  • Experience in managing global campaigns
  • Experience in managing main paid media channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates
  • Reporting: ability to analyse and report on campaign’s profitability and provide recommendations based on data to improve performance
  • Good planning skills 
  • Ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • A true passion for digital and customer acquisition
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to work effectively across different teams to deliver projects: Product and Technical teams, Legal, Media rights, and the wider marketing team.
  • Good prioritisation skills: must be able to prioritise and complete multiple projects in a timely manner, be self-motivated and proactive, and display composure and calmness under stress.
  • Ability to communicate very clear recommendations that are supported by data.
  • Self-motivated and energetic.
  • Collaborative, persuasive and influential communicator
  • Flexibility and adaptability – to ensure urgent business needs can be accommodated.
