Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant marketing department. Reporting into our Senior Product Marketing Manager, our Product Marketing Coordinator will support the strategy and execution of best in class 360 marketing campaigns for both new launches and existing product focuses at Trinny London. You will work very closely with stakeholders across the marketing team and wider business, as well as the New Product Development team to help to deliver the product marketing roadmap and hit revenue targets that are set out for new and existing products.

The Role 
Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Support and implement product marketing strategy and execution for all new product launches and focuses
  • Work cross-functionally with the entire marketing team and wider business to align channels in a 360 vision, timeline & plans for product launches and focuses
  • Articulate and validate the value proposition and USP for different product categories to drive new customer acquisition, activation and retention, developing the marketing message and story
  • Support the Senior Product Marketing Manager in creating full product briefs with clearly communicated objectives and liaising with all stakeholders across Marketing, Product Innovation, Ops and Tech to ensure the most effective product marketing activity to improve conversion and impact
  • Work with key stakeholders to hit all revenue targets for new product launches and product pushes in a cost-efficient manner
  • Curate and communicate real-time data and insights relating to all product launches and pushes to find opportunities for optimisation (proactively share this data and also continuously have all relevant data at hand to be ready if asked by any stakeholders)
  • Evaluate opportunities based on research, quantitative analysis, deep understanding of Trinny London products and a strategic view of the industry and synthesise insights to develop actionable product strategy and recommendations to execute across digital and in store
  • Provide benchmark data for all product marketing activities and include all relevant data and insights in the brief, including comparisons to past launches, relevant products purchased with similar products, regional breakdowns, and any other data that is pertinent to successful execution and growth
  • Deeply understand all product categories, including all core competitors for specific categories with deep insights into their marketing activities
  • Deeply understand the customer lifecycle across all existing and new product categories to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
  • Work closely with the Editorial, Performance Marketing, Comms, Community, Copy, Design and Tech teams to ensure all areas are delivering the output required for all product launches and pushes
  • Continuously and proactively communicate with all cross-functional stakeholders to keep them updated with key information (before, during, and after activities)
  • Continuously analyse and review all relevant product categories, sharing market trends to propose new product ideas and/or product modifications to strengthen new and existing offerings
  • Supporting and mentoring the Product Marketing Assistant
  • Supporting other teams with briefing and overseeing additional assets
  • Overseeing company-wide timelines and processes to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinating and leading company wide meetings with key stakeholders and executives
