Job Description
Join J.P. Morgan's Commercial & Investment Bank as a Markets Marketing Analyst, where you'll play a key role in implementing campaigns that reinforce messaging, promote thought leadership, and leverage media to reach target audiences.
As a Markets Marketing Analyst in the CIB Marketing team, you will create, manage, and deliver marketing activities for global markets products, collaborating with product and sales executives to develop integrated go-to-market plans. You will craft audience-focused messages activated across the right channels, simplifying complex concepts for prospects and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Markets teams to develop plans addressing business challenges and opportunities.
  • Assess competitor activities and recommend strategies to support business goals.
  • Lead content creation processes, including videos, podcasts, and articles, managing logistics and budget submissions.
  • Develop campaigns to increase content reach across newsletters, web, social, and more.
  • Facilitate social media adoption within the business, aligning with firmwide policies.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal partners to build campaign materials on time and budget.
  • Ensure legal and compliance approvals are in place before campaign development.
  • Coordinate with global marketing colleagues to ensure consistent messaging across activities.
  • Review campaign results with Data & Analytics team to optimize and apply learnings to future campaigns.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Experience in product and digital marketing channels, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
  • Strong relationship skills and collaborative nature.
  • Innovative mindset focused on improvement.
  • Process-driven with attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Interest in eCommerce products and platforms.
  • High energy and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Data-driven approach and self-starter mentality.
