Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As a Product Manager, you’ll join a team responsible for our suite of Business Deposits products, helping deliver strong customer outcomes while managing the product lifecycle end to end. This includes strategic planning, business analysis, financial performance, pricing, risk, governance, and stakeholder management.
We’re looking for someone with an ownership mindset who is comfortable challenging the status quo and enjoys working across teams to bring ideas to life. You’ll be a confident communicator, ideally with experience in business deposits and a genuine interest in developing innovative, customer-focused products.
In this role, you’ll identify opportunities to enhance our offering, using insights and data to support product improvements, drive customer growth, and strengthen retention. You’ll also contribute to product reviews, competitor analysis, and development initiatives, with a focus on simplification and continuous improvement.

Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills to guide individuals to a fast and effective outcome
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
