The role:

The Product Manager, AI & Analytics Platform will be responsible for driving the successful adoption and value realisation of Centrali and the wider AI suite of solutions. Working across business and technology teams, the role will shape product priorities, define success criteria, support launches, and drive stakeholder engagement to ensure that new capabilities translate into measurable business outcomes.

The role will act as the bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders, helping to ensure that product investment is aligned to strategic priorities and underpinned by clear evidence of value. A key focus will be increasing awareness, adoption and effective use of products and features, while tracking benefits such as productivity gains, capacity creation, cost efficiency and support for growth.
 

Main responsibilities

  • Own product management activities for Centrali and selected AI and analytics solutions from discovery through to adoption and value realisation
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape priorities and ensure alignment to strategic objectives
  • Drive awareness, engagement and adoption through communications, workshops, training and launch support
  • Define success criteria, KPIs and benefit measures for releases, and track performance through to realised outcomes
  • Create strong feedback loops between users, stakeholders and engineering teams to support continuous improvement
     

Key knowledge, skill and experience

  • Experience in product management within digital, data, analytics or AI-enabled environments
  • Strong track record of driving stakeholder engagement, adoption and value realisation in a complex organisation
  • Experience defining product success measures, KPIs and business benefit tracking
  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product priorities and work effectively with cross-functional delivery teams

  • Product management experience in a technology, analytics, data or AI-related role
  • Strong stakeholder management and business engagement capability
  • Experience driving product adoption, change and measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation
  • Commercial and outcome-focused mindset with a clear emphasis on value realisation and capacity creation
