So, what’s the role all about?

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of our Customer Experience Automation and Analytics products, with a strong focus on data, analytics, and intelligent automation (including AI-powered capabilities).

You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and go‑to‑market teams to identify customer problems, define product direction, and deliver valuable, high‑quality solutions. This role suits someone who is comfortable operating across discovery, delivery, and launch, and who can balance customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial outcomes.

How will you make an impact?

  • Own the product roadmap for assigned CX automation, analytics, and intelligent capabilities (including AI), from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand problems, validate opportunities, and define clear outcomes.
  • Translate customer and business needs into well‑defined product requirements, user stories, and prioritised backlogs.
  • Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to shape solutions that are technically sound and commercially viable.
  • Prioritise features, enhancements, and defects based on customer value, impact, and effort.
  • Act as a product expert and advocate, supporting internal teams (Sales, Services, Support) and engaging directly with customers when needed.
  • Support product launches, including positioning, enablement, and feedback loops post‑
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies across AI, data, analytics, and automation, and feed insights into product strategy.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Experience working in a product management, business analysis, or technical delivery role within a software or SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to articulate both business and technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
  • Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams in an Agile or iterative delivery environment.
  • Comfortable making prioritisation decisions and owning trade‑
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Curious mindset, with the ability to learn new domains and technologies quickly.

Nice to have (but not required)

  • Experience with AI / ML products, including GenAI or LLM‑based capabilities.
  • Exposure to Contact Center or Customer Experience platforms.
  • Familiarity with speech transcription, analytics, or automation tools.
  • Experience supporting customer‑facing teams or participating in sales cycles.
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud or SaaS platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).

What’s in it for you?

Join a global, market‑leading company where you’ll work on high‑impact products across CX automation and analytics, collaborate with talented teams across the business, and grow your product career as NICE continues to innovate in the CX space.
