About the Role 

As Product Manager, reporting to the VP, Strategy, Product & Business Development, you will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into the successful delivery of two new AI-powered content creation tools. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and a global user base to align priorities, incorporate feedback, and ensure solutions meet both customer and business needs. Leading an engineering squad, you will drive execution and prioritization, ensuring the team remains focused on the highest-value work and delivers meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage regularly with users and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

  • Translate user needs and strategic objectives into clear product requirements and priorities.

  • Balance user expectations with technical, operational, and organizational constraints.

  • Translate established product strategy into actionable plans and backlog priorities.

  • Lead day-to-day product execution with an engineering squad, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Participate in product discovery activities in line with defined processes.

  • Manage defined areas of the product lifecycle, including enhancements and iterations.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform prioritization and trade-off decisions.

  • Understand core software delivery practices and work effectively with engineering on scope and feasibility.

  • Collaborate with engineering and data science partners to deliver AI-enabled content creation solutions responsibly.

Requirements:

  • You should have worked within a product management role for a number of years successfully.

  • In previous roles, you owned the delivery of product tools, features, or major enhancements from discovery to release within an established product strategy.

    Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver complex product initiatives in partnership with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience delivering AI-enabled or data-driven product capabilities, working closely with engineering and data science teams.

  • Proven track record of incorporating user and stakeholder feedback into delivered product outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, delivery, iteration, and release.

  • Experience delivering product features or tools in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience working in stakeholder-rich or matrixed environments.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
