About NexGen Cloud & Hyperstack

We are a fast-growing company building next-generation GPU cloud infrastructure.

NexGen Cloud is the company behind Hyperstack, a cloud platform providing on-demand and private cloud infrastructure for high-performance workloads. Hyperstack is used by teams running compute-heavy applications that require speed, reliability, and control.

Our platform enables enterprises, research teams and AI-native companies to train, deploy and scale AI models using flexible GPU infrastructure.

We’re a scale-up by design — moving quickly, solving complex technical challenges and building technology with real-world impact. At the core of NexGen Cloud is a team of curious, driven people who care deeply about quality, ownership and collaboration.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help drive the evolution of Hyperstack from a GPU cloud platform into a full-stack AI and compute cloud.

Hyperstack is expanding across multiple systems including on-demand GPU infrastructure, private regions, AI Studio, Kubernetes-based workloads, developer SDKs, APIs, billing systems and enterprise platform capabilities.

As the platform grows in complexity and scale, this role will ensure clarity of direction, strong execution and alignment between engineering, infrastructure, commercial teams and customer needs.

You will play a key role in shaping the roadmap, translating customer and market signals into product direction, and ensuring delivery across a rapidly evolving AI infrastructure platform.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Roadmap Strategy
Own and drive the Hyperstack product roadmap, balancing customer needs, engineering realities and commercial priorities.

Product Definition & Prioritisation
Translate business objectives, technical constraints and market signals into clear product requirements and prioritised workstreams.

Delivery & Execution
Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, DevOps and AI teams to drive product initiatives from concept through to production.

Technical Engagement
Develop a strong working understanding of Hyperstack’s technical foundations including GPU infrastructure, APIs, orchestration systems and cloud platform components.

Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with sales, support and marketing teams to ensure the platform is accurately positioned and effectively communicated to customers.

Customer & Market Insight
Maintain strong feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure product decisions reflect real-world usage and operational insights.

Platform Optimisation & Scale
Identify opportunities to simplify, optimise and scale the platform as adoption increases and new product capabilities are introduced.

Required Skills

Product & Technical Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on technical or platform products
  • Experience building or managing cloud infrastructure, developer platforms or complex technical systems
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong prioritisation and product execution capabilities
  • Comfort operating within fast-moving scale-up environments

Soft Skills

  • Clear communication with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for product outcomes
  • Analytical problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Collaborative working style across cross-functional teams

  • Experience with GPU platforms, AI infrastructure or HPC environments
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Exposure to AI/ML workflows such as inference, fine-tuning or model deployment
  • Understanding of developer platforms, APIs or SDK ecosystems
  • Background in engineering, SRE, DevOps or infrastructure-adjacent roles
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary with annual discretionary bonus
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays
  • Flexible working arrangements (remote or hybrid)
  • Employee wellbeing benefits
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure technology
  • Clear career progression within a rapidly scaling technology company
