Product Manager - Fund Documentation Systems

Joining at the inception of a major new product opportunity, you’ll play a defining role in discovering market needs, shaping strategy, and building rapid prototypes that push the boundaries of modern technology. Your key responsibilities as a Product Manager will include:
• Leading the discovery phase of a new document management solution by conducting market research and validating customer needs.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of fund documentation workflows and translating insights into clear product opportunities.
• Rapidly prototyping AI-driven solutions to test hypotheses and demonstrate value to early customers.
• Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights and market analysis.
• Working directly with prospective customers to understand pain points across document creation, review, approval, and distribution.
• Designing complex workflows that automate manual processes and manage structured and unstructured data at scale.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Product Manager:
• You must have deep domain expertise in fund documentation and regulatory or investor-facing content.
• You should have strong knowledge of the asset management industry, including operational workflows and regulatory processes.
• You will have a proven background in product discovery, validation, or launching new product initiatives.
• You must be comfortable working at pace in entrepreneurial or ambiguous environments, with a bias toward rapid iteration.
• You will have solid B2B product management experience, including building business cases and shaping commercial strategies.
