What you will do

Reporting to our Director of Product, you will join our Chains & Groups Product Vertical as a Product Manager. Your primary mission is to take ownership of two of our established and successful products, Rate Insight and Market Insight. These products have a strong customer base but now require dedicated attention to drive a new wave of innovation. You will be responsible for executing on a new vision for these products, responding to a competitive market and helping shape the future of our pricing domain. This is a crucial role where you will build on a strong foundation to make a lasting strategic impact.

Where you will have impact

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Rate Insight and Market Insight.
  • Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic initiatives with high-volume customer feedback.
  • Break down large, ambitious projects into smaller, value-driven increments to deliver results quickly.
  • Make data-informed product decisions to guide your strategy and measure success against key KPIs.
  • Collaborate within a dedicated product trio, partnering with Engineering and Design to transform ideas into high-quality products.
  • Communicate your roadmap and progress clearly, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Contribute to the broader strategy of our Pricing domain, ensuring continuity and alignment with our next-generation pricing products.

About our team

You will be joining the Chains & Groups Product Vertical, a core part of our Product Innovation engine. We are a curious, reliable, and ambitious group dedicated to serving the unique needs of hotel chains and groups. You will report to the Director of Product and work very closely with a senior peer, who will act as a coach and mentor.

Who you are

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced SasS environment.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully bringing new products or significant features to market.
  • An expert at prioritization. You know how to filter signal from noise and can make smart decisions without getting distracted.
  • A drive to break down big ideas into small, deliverable increments and a passion for getting things done.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to establish new processes.
  • Experience making smart, data-informed decisions to drive towards specific KPIs.
  • Experience with product management tools like Confluence, Jira, or Mixpanel.

We welcome

  • Experience in or knowledge of the hospitality industry is a bonus but not required.
  • A strong affinity for data and its application in product development.
