Job Summary

Chirp is building a new kind of creator engagement platform—starting with a link-in-bio tool and evolving into a full-featured, consumer-facing experience across web, mobile, and eventually connected TV. Our vision is to help creators drive higher engagement and monetize more effectively by combining interactive links, personalized content, and real-time cross-platform updates into a single, dynamic fan destination.

As Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering this end-to-end product experience. Your mission is to turn Chirp into the most effective way for creators to drive clicks, grow their audience, and generate new revenue from their presence. You’ll work across surfaces and teams to ship intuitive, data-powered features that deliver value for both creators and their fans.

This role requires product intuition, a deep understanding of creator workflows, and the ability to lead execution from 0→2. If you want to own a product that combines personalization, monetization, social tools, and real-time data, we’d love to talk.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision
  • Define and evolve Chirp’s core product vision: from a smart link-in-bio tool to a full creator-owned engagement and monetization layer.
  • Lead the roadmap across platforms (web, mobile, connected TV), prioritizing scalable impact for both creators and their fans.
  • Translate product vision into concrete feature bets, tied to creator goals (CTR, revenue, engagement).
Discovery & Validation
  • Partner with creators and fans to validate problems, workflows, and unmet needs.
  • Use interviews, prototypes, and rapid testing to guide what we build (and what we don't).
  • Understand how different creator verticals (fashion, food, music, etc.) influence product structure and monetization models.
Interactive Experience Design
  • Work with Design and Engineering to create intuitive, beautiful tools for building and customizing creator pages.
  • Optimize for measurable engagement: improve CTR, session depth, and fan interaction.
  • Build features that support media embedding, dynamic offers, personalization, and multi-platform integration.
Monetization & Data Activation
  • Create systems for outbound monetization: rev-share via sponsored offers, real-time auction demand, and targeting by creator vertical and audience demographic.
  • Integrate audience data, link performance, and engagement metrics into creator-facing dashboards.
  • Build and optimize monetization surfaces that align with fan intent and brand demand.
Cross-Functional Execution & Launch
  • Collaborate with Growth, Engineering, Creator Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
  • Define clear success metrics and share learnings from launches regularly.
  • Ensure go-to-market includes onboarding, retention hooks, and feedback loops.

Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Haves
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in creator tools, social platforms, or consumer SaaS.
  • Experience shipping interactive, user-facing products across web and mobile.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery and hypothesis-driven development.
  • Familiarity with link-in-bio tools, UGC platforms, or creator monetization systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across engineering, design, and marketing.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working with demand partners, auctions, or ad networks.
  • Exposure to creator verticals or having worked closely with creators directly.
  • Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks.
Who You Are
  • A builder: you love shaping v1 and iterating fast.
  • Outcome-focused: you care more about results than rituals.
  • Strategic and tactical: you can see around corners and ship this week.
  • User-first: you speak to creators and fans often and base decisions on their behavior.
  • Data-aware: you use metrics to guide, but not replace, good judgment.
