Role Summary and Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Choreograph’s proprietary data products and platforms. This role is central to defining and launching innovative solutions that meet market needs and client demands. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in product management, user research and agile methodologies to guide cross-functional teams in delivering impactful products aligned with Choreograph and our client’s Enterprise Data and Technology strategy.

This role will collaborate extensively with Software Engineering, Technology Operations, UX Design and other key stakeholders. This is a dynamic blend of strategic product leadership and hands-on execution, demanding a solid understanding of the practical realities involved in specifying, building and managing globally scalable product solutions within WPP, WPP Media, Choreograph and our diverse client base.

Areas of Expertise

  • Cloud Architecture, Ad Tech & MarTech related Ecosystems: A deep understanding of the advertising and marketing technology landscapes and their product implications.
  • Product Development Lifecycles & Methodologies: Familiarity with modern product management practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean UX) and software development lifecycles.
  • Product Strategy & Data Governance: Expertise in defining product strategies that incorporate data quality, integrity, compliance, and privacy-first principles.
  • Data-Driven Product Decisions & Analytics: Ability to derive insights from complex datasets to inform product development, prioritization, and feature optimization.
  • Global Scalability: Experience in designing and implementing product solutions for international deployment and diverse user bases.
  • Stakeholder Management, Product Discovery & Roadmapping: Proven ability to lead and guide stakeholders through complex product challenges, gather user needs, and define clear product roadmaps.
  • Advertising / Marketing / Media Data: In-depth knowledge of data types and structures prevalent in the media industry, and how to leverage them for product innovation.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams across global offices to define a compelling product vision, strategy and roadmap for Data & Technology Consulting’s solutions for clients data, technical architecture and transformation.
  • Leading solution discovery, market research and user needs analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
  • Translating strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Prioritising the product backlog, managing feature trade-offs and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business value.
  • Working closely with engineering, design and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Managing and meticulously documenting product specifications, user stories, and outcomes from stakeholder (Choreograph and client) workshops and interviews.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our client's technology and data strategies, serving as the go-to person for questions regarding strategic initiatives, proprietary product usage, and market trends.
  • Defining and tracking key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product iterations.
  • Providing leadership to product teams and peers by fostering collaboration, articulating product vision and strategy to senior management, managing resources, driving issue resolution, and holding self and team accountable for results.
  • Proactively identifying and reacting to improvement opportunities within product development processes and systems.

Must Haves

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in defining product vision, strategy and roadmap and overseeing product delivery.
  • Demonstrable experience in product discovery, stakeholder management, and leading cross-functional product teams through the full product lifecycle.
  • Solid understanding of the practical realities involved in specifying, building, and managing globally scalable product solutions within complex organizational structures (WPP, WPP Media, Choreograph and clients).
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Slack, JIRA, Confluence) and product analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Ad Tech, MarTech, Product Development Methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), Data Governance and Master Data Management.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis for product decision-making, including hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
  • Experience working effectively with teams across multiple physical locations and time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical product concepts and strategic vision to diverse stakeholders.

  • A comprehensive understanding of various product analytics, market research, and user research techniques and their practical application within a marketing context.
  • Experience in driving product-led organizational change initiatives, guiding teams through significant shifts in product strategy or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch new products/features and develop supporting collateral (e.g., training materials, sales enablement guides) for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating clear product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure consistent execution and best practices across teams.
  • Proven experience in product adoption strategies and user onboarding, ensuring successful usage of new solutions and minimizing disruption.
  • Expertise in optimizing product development processes and workflows, including mapping current states and designing future states for efficiency.
  • Familiarity with defining and implementing product frameworks and operating models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within a dynamic business environment.
  • Understanding of product team structures and roles, with the ability to advise on optimizing organizational design for product delivery.
