The Job:

As the Product Manager you’ll  get to:    

  • Lead and coordinate the launch of new MEP products, ensuring timely market introduction.
  • Collaborate with global teams (product, engineering, brand) to become the expert on assigned projects.
  • Prepare and manage launch documentation in accordance with established processes.
  • Partner with local marketing and commercial teams to develop promotional materials and implement product modifications.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support customer research and strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and report on performance indicators for assigned product portfolios.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of product data within the DEWALT portfolio.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including sales analysis and SKU optimization.
  • Work with brand and communications teams to maximize market potential for new products, including coordinating point-of-sale materials.
  • Serve as the primary contact for product-related inquiries across EMEA and ANZ regions.

  • Experience in product management or marketing, including conducting market and competitor analyses.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with a focus on product profitability (profit & loss analysis).
  • Proficiency in office applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to conduct product training and effectively demonstrate key features and benefits to internal teams, retail customers, and business partners.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a car
