Our Ways of Working Principles:

We believe that most of us do our best work when we work together, but we know that everyone works in different ways, and quite frankly, has other commitments and responsibilities outside of work.
As we further adjust  to hybrid working, we want to take what we've learnt from working remotely and keep the flexibility that's enabled us to thrive and keep driving our business forward.

We have some core principles which support us in this:
Do what’s right
Trust & give permission
Delivery matters

We understand ways of working can look different based on your role, team and you as an individual so we are here to support and discuss this with you during the interview process.

Work with us

At Moonpig Group, our mission is to help people connect and create moments that matter. We’re an international group made up of three brilliant brands – Moonpig in the UK, Ireland, US and Australia, Greetz in the Netherlands, and Buyagift, which joined us in 2022.

We started with a goal to disrupt the traditional greetings industry. Two decades later, we’re a leader in online gifting, helping millions of people send cards, gifts, and messages of care to their loved ones around the world.

With our strong values and customer-first approach, we’re always innovating. You’ll find a fun, supportive and high-performing environment here – one where you can genuinely make a difference.

Why do Product Managers love working here?

At Moonpig, our Product Managers sit at the heart of cross-functional teams, driving the ideas that power the experiences customers love. Whether it’s personalising a card or choosing the perfect gift, your work helps people make meaningful connections.

You’ll be joining a team where creativity meets scale. With over 73 million cards and gifts shipped per year, and 50 million orders across our platforms, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to work at the intersection of customer experience, business goals, and technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll report into the Director of Product and join a team of passionate, talented product thinkers working across Design, Engineering, Research, Analytics and Data Science. You’ll own and evolve parts of the customer journey, solving real user problems and driving outcomes that matter.

We’re working towards becoming the Ultimate Gifting Companion – and with 85% of the greetings card market still offline, this is an exciting opportunity to shape how we win in digital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science) to build and improve features that deliver customer and business value
  • Leverage internal AI tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, and insight gathering, making your workflow more effective
  • Use experimentation (A/B and MVT tests) and data insights to inform decision-making and optimise experiences
  • Be a strong voice of the customer in your squad, ensuring user needs are deeply understood and reflected in the product
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to support go-to-market plans and post-launch success
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders across different departments and brands
  • Bring a learning mindset – test, iterate, and improve as you go

You'll Be Great For This Role If You

  • Are excited by customer problems and love collaborating with Designers and Engineers to solve them
  • Are curious about how AI can support product work
  • Are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can frame opportunities in terms of customer and business impact
  • Have worked in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and are confident participating in ceremonies like planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Can communicate clearly across different teams and with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in ecommerce or personalisation tools is a plus
  • Experience in using AI to supercharge the PM process

What Success Looks Like

  • You help improve how customers engage with key features in your area of focus
  • You demonstrate how AI or other emerging tech can be used to enhance the product experience or speed up delivery
  • You can demonstrate the impact of your work on metrics like conversion, frequency, or feature adoption
  • Your team feels aligned and empowered, and stakeholders understand the "why" behind what you're building

Our Commitment to You

You’ll have a dedicated line manager who will invest in your personal and professional growth. You’ll also have access to internal learning opportunities, mentorship, and a wider Product team who love sharing knowledge and building each other up.
