About the Role:

Madison Logic is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will get hands-on experience working with some of the sharpest minds in the B2B marketing industry and bring to market capabilities that are changing the way marketers approach Account Based Marketing. The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of products and features within Madison Logic's portfolio. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, they contribute to the strategic direction of product initiatives to support the company's objectives in the field of Account Based Marketing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Work in a cross functional team with Engineers, Designers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and other team members, bringing them along on the journey to solve problems together, collaboratively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to validate hypothesis, prioritize features, and navigate the entire product lifecycle.
  • Prioritize user research to deeply understand clients, integrate feedback into requirements, and execute pre- and post-launch activities.
  • Ensure products and/or features solve core problems by identifying challenges and generating creative solutions.
  • Uncover opportunities to propel the product forward through data analysis
  • Support successful product launches through cross-functional coordination, user testing, and go-to-market execution.
  • Speak regularly to clients and users in formal and informal feedback and discovery sessions
  • Assist in development of internal and external training on ML's product line.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess product performance, extract insights from data, and resolve technical issues.
  • Become a subject matter expert on ML's products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Product experience: 2+ years experience of building B2B product(s) 
  • Experience working in AdTech or MarTech industries
  • Demonstrate the ability to align product development with overarching business objectives, strategically driving the product roadmap.
  • Experience working within cross functional team structures, partnering closely with Engineers and Designers, driving a collaborative and psychologically safe culture where everyone can share ideas. 
  • Strong analytical skills, utilizing metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Pendo and analytics tools (Tableau, Domo, etc) is ideal.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or similar preferred).

Work Environment:

We offer a mix of in-office and hybrid working. Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Please refer to the job posting detail to determine what in-office requirements apply. Where applicable, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.

We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience.  Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
