Are you a passionate and experienced Product Manager with a proven track record within financial services? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love driving product strategy from conception to launch? If so, we want to hear from you!

We have a new role reporting to the Product Director for  Commercial where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our commercial product portfolio. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, contributing to the product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join us who has a good understanding of data, analytics, and decisioning as you will be working closely with the technical teams to build new products and manage existing ones. 

What you'll do:

  • Market Maestro: Conduct in-depth market analysis, identify high-potential opportunities, and validate concepts with customers to understand their needs and pain points. Become the voice of the customer!

  • Product Visionary: Define product requirements, develop strategic partnerships, and create compelling commercial models. Drive the "build, buy, partner" decisions.

  • Strategic Planner: Contribute to the product roadmap, develop business cases, and track KPIs to ensure product success.

  • Launch Champion: Write detailed product requirements, support product releases, and prioritize opportunities to maximize impact.

  • Growth Driver: Monitor product performance, manage the product lifecycle, and partner with internal stakeholders to drive revenue and margin growth.

What experience you need

  • Strong product management or business analyst experience in a product-led organisation within  Financial Services.

  • Solid understanding of Agile and/or project management methodologies.

  • Exceptional ability to write detailed product requirements, clearly articulating the "what, who, why, and how" for every feature.

  • Experience delivering cloud-based products and services.

  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and effectively coordinate cross-functional efforts.

  • Experience with product management tools like Aha, JIRA, and Figma.

  • Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies and a passion for innovation.

  • Analytical Prowess: You're data-driven and can analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to make informed decisions.
