About the Product Manager role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our expanding team in London. The Product Manager will be responsible for money movement, meaning you will be responsible for the products that are responsible for convert currency and moving money cross-border for people and business globally.
You will be at the heart of changing how moving money works by building payments infrastructure. With the laws changing, it means the start of a whole new era for payments and the Product Manager will be part of defining what this looks like.
What you will be doing as a Product Manager
- Defining roadmaps, prioritising features and executing strategies that align with business objectives
- Solving complex challenges – Running dozens of global payment integrations at scale and effectively
- Leading product delivery from inception to completion
- Working with development teams to create our vision, a roadmap and KPIs to achieve our mission
- Writing technical documentation and diagrams
- Structuring ambiguous problems into clear actionable steps
- Keeping up with the competitive landscape around money movement
What you will bring to the Product Manager position
- Strong background in Product Management, especially within the payments industry
- Experience with cross-border payments
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst would be highly desirable
- Proven ability to break down and structure problems cross-functionally with other internal business areas
- Proven experience of writing detailed business requirements for financial products
- Experience and understanding of Agile and Lean product development methodologies
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA
- The ability to clearly articulate ideas and requirements and feedback to the relevant business area
- Proven experience of leading cross-functional teams to make key decisions
- Strong problem solving skills
- The ability to work independently
