Job Overview:

ThriveCart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will drive the development and enhancement of our solutions, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and increasing platform capabilities.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • AI/ML Integration: Drive initiatives to integrate AI/ML technologies into our platform to enhance user personalization, predictive analytics, and automation capabilities.
  • User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve user interfaces and workflows to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Product Launch: Lead product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis to drive adoption and success.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within the SaaS, e-commerce, IMO industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in product development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for e-commerce, technology, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
