Job Overview 

Mitratech is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of our workflow automation platform, which seamlessly integrates multiple internal and external systems. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation. You will drive the modernization of the platform, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge of technology and user experience. Advocating for the end user, you will ensure the platform is intuitive, efficient, and delivers a seamless experience across all integrated systems. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, you will ensure the platform meets user needs and business objectives. Additionally, you will position the platform as a versatile solution that bridges gaps between disparate systems, promoting efficiency and innovation.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Define detailed milestones to achieve the product roadmap and collaborate with peer product managers to ensure successful execution.
  • Work closely with UI/UX and development teams to translate customer needs into actionable platform updates.
  • Drive conversations with multiple stakeholders to reach consensus on product direction, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and deliver features that ensure the platform functions seamlessly for both SaaS and on-premise customers.
  • Present, demo, and influence customers, prospects, peers, and leadership in product roadmap decisions.
  • Develop and implement product/project metrics to measure success from both financial and end-user engagement perspectives.
  • Partner with Technical Project Managers and UI/UX leads to guide development teams in executing priorities effectively.


Requirements & Skills:

  • 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered discovery and product definition.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products.
  • Ability to drive team success in a remote-first and internationally diverse environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to document, socialize, and guide product definition.
  • Excellent communication skills across functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Services.
  • Strong knowledge of integration methodologies/APIs.
  • Familiarity with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Pendo, and ProductBoard.
  • Experience with platform product management, prioritization, and aligning multiple teams working together.
