Your role

As a product manager you will be part of a product and engineering team designing and delivering the overall product strategy and product roadmap, ensuring that the product features and enhancements are aligned with business strategy and meet the specific needs and pain points of energy retailers. Responsibilities and expected outcomes include:

  • Work closely with stakeholders and product team to translate the company’s strategic goals into innovative product features and functionalities that differentiate the product in the market and drive growth.
  • Actively gather and integrate customer feedback into the product development process to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.
  • Manage the product backlog effectively, prioritising features and improvements that drive operational efficiency and streamline processes for energy retailers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the product development lifecycle to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
  • Support the company’s growth initiatives by localising products for new markets and ensuring compliance with local regulations and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and QA teams to ensure that product deliverables meet high standards of quality and reliability.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years product management experience in a growth stage SaaS business.
  • Experience in energy retail and/or pricing is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with designing and delivering SaaS software products using agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and product management skills.
  • Experience with data driven prioritisation and planning.
  • Experience with User Research, testing and measuring product health.
  • Basic understanding of software engineering.
  • Understanding of UX design principles
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to influence and driven consensus through the use of data.
  • Adaptable and flexible mindset
