Product Manager – Cloud Integrated

Mimecast is looking for a Product Manager to join the team working on its flagship Cloud Integrated product.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

As PM you’ll be responsible for specifying new functionality across the product that protects the email communications of our customers globally. This is a key role that will help shape the future of the product as we expand out the capabilities of our product to include collaboration security and end-user risk-assessment.

We’re expanding our global footprint, whilst continuing to invest in growing our existing footprint here in the UK for Mimecast and the successful candidate will be working alongside product and engineering teams working on projects across the Mimecast product set.

You will lead the definition, execution and delivery of projects which add new functionality and enhance existing functionality in our Cloud Integrated product giving our customers better communication and collaboration security and deeper insights into the cybersecurity behaviour of their end-users.
 

What you’ll bring:

• Proven current/previous experience (3+ years) in a similar role as a Product Manager for a SaaS platform,, preferably with an email or collaboration security company
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for clearly explaining complex technical concepts at all levels, especially to customers and executives.
• Technical Credibility. You will be experienced in engaging with technical teams involved at all stages of the product lifecycle and able to discuss technical concepts with these teams credibly and knowledgably, ideally with collaboration security domain knowledge.
• Leadership: You will be the main interface between the business and our development teams: your colleagues trust you to make the right decisions and give business guidance.
• Confident establishing strong relationships across the business built on transparency, consistent delivery and dependability.
