Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define clear products and features aligned with the business goals.
- Utilize market research, customer feedback and data analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Drive the product and feature development lifecycle including discovery, ideation, documentation, validation and launch.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, overseeing integration and collaboration efforts.
- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product team, promoting a customer-centric mindset and agile methodologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products in fintech and/or blockchain sectors.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its implications for product development and user interaction.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools like Jira.
- Proactive mindset with a strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
