Arionkoder is an AI consulting firm helping companies build, embed, and own AI systems that drive real business outcomes. We combine Product Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Team Augmentation to craft digital products and solutions that create lasting impact — guided by a human-centric approach and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of what technology can do.

Product Manager (Product Ops)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product side of a product operating system engagement for an enterprise client: one connected, evidence-based record for every product priority, from idea to launch to retrospective, that product, engineering and go-to-market teams update once from the tools they already use. You will decide what gets built and why, change how a product organization plans and decides, and challenge the architects and engineers who build it, while leading adoption with the client's own product managers and leadership.

What you'll do

  • Lead discovery with product, engineering and go-to-market stakeholders: map how work flows today, agree who owns which fields and what each team sees, and turn what you learn into a prioritized set of decisions and requirements.
  • Design the operating model: a single record per priority, evidence requirements at intake, a prioritization framework, and review and reporting cadences that are generated rather than assembled by hand.
  • Lead adoption across the organization: get product managers to enter once, requesters to bring evidence, and leadership to consume the shared view. Secure sponsorship when teams want to keep their own way of working, and set a day-30 test that shows the change landed.
  • Run a hypothesis-driven process: capture the client's assumptions, assign each to the phase or experiment that validates it, and close each with a clear verdict and rationale.
  • Raise product craft: standardize canvases, discovery methods and the handoff from prototype to production with engineering and design.
  • Shape AI-assisted workflows with the Solution Architect and AI Engineer: define where an assistant may act on instruction, where the product manager must decide, and what gets logged.
  • Challenge technical decisions from a business perspective: integration design, sync direction, tool choices and trade-offs, pushing back when they do not serve the people who will use them.
  • Keep a clear cadence with the Project Manager: decisions, open questions, risks and stakeholder commitments are tracked and visible.
  • Transfer ownership: leave the client with a named owner, a rhythm and the documentation to run and extend the system without us.

What we're looking for (required)

  • 5+ years in product management, including ownership of an internal product, platform or operating model that other teams depend on.
  • Product operations experience: designing or running how a product organization plans, prioritizes, tracks and reviews work.
  • A record of changing how teams work, not only shipping tools, with adoption you can describe and measure.
  • A structured, evidence-based approach to discovery and prioritization.
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Strong plus

  • Exposure to AI-assisted workflows and LLM agents, including human-in-the-loop design.
  • Enough technical depth to challenge architects and engineers on integration design and trade-offs, and to understand their answers.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with work-management and collaboration tooling (for example Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Microsoft 365) and how they integrate.
