What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and deliver a compelling, value-driven product roadmap aligned to product strategy, customer needs, and business objectives
  • Drive significant and measurable customer and business value through continuous optimisation and innovation across your product area
  • Lead the execution of ambitious product initiatives, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver exceptional outcomes at pace
  • Use customer insight, market research, analytics, experimentation, and performance data to inform decision-making and prioritisation
  • Translate complex or ambiguous problems into clear product initiatives, ensuring alignment around direction, delivery, and measurable outcomes
  • Enable effective delivery by creating clarity of scope, reducing time to value, and supporting key delivery activities including refinement sessions, testing, and release planning
  • -Collaborate with Product peers across the organisation to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences and maximise value across the wider product portfolio
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, influencing decisions and creating alignment around strategic priorities
  • Continuously improve product ways of working, encouraging experimentation, innovation, and a culture of rapid learning and delivery
  • Support effective governance and risk management practices, ensuring products are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and agreed business risk appetite
  • Working with engineering mission teams to drive agile practices and delivery. 
  • Build a strong technical understanding of how price comparison websites operate, from customer data capture and quote generation through to eligibility, ranking, tracking and partner integrations

What we’re looking for:

You’ll have experience owning and delivering digital products within a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of the product delivery lifecycle and lean delivery principles. You’ll be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving product initiatives from concept through to measurable customer and business outcomes.


You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, with the ability to use market insights, customer understanding, and performance data to shape strategy, prioritise opportunities, and maximise value. Experience working within digital marketplaces and cloud-based technology environments is highly desirable, alongside an appreciation of how technology can enable growth, innovation, and customer value.


You’ll be a confident communicator who can create alignment across diverse stakeholder groups through clear documentation, effective facilitation, and collaborative decision-making. You’ll have experience motivating teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments, helping teams stay focused on outcomes while maintaining momentum and quality.
