The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead core product initiatives from conception through to launch and beyond. This role will require a strategic thinker with a strong emphasis on executing on product vision, stakeholder management, and facilitating a successful product lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of how sports organisations operate and a genuine passion for building products that make a real difference to coaches, sports scientists and performance staff. This role requires a flexible approach to working hours and occasional weekend work to support our US-based clients and global roadmap.

We will expect you to;

    • Work directly with Lead Product Managers to align product strategy with client outcomes and company objectives

    • Own the full product lifecycle for your area, from discovery and ideation through to release and iteration

    • Develop a deep understanding of how sports organisations operate, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to stay close to the problem space

    • Define and manage a prioritised roadmap, ensuring the team is always focused on the highest-impact work

    • Actively monitor the competitive landscape and emerging market trends in sports performance technology, using those insights to sharpen prioritisation and inform product strategy

    • Partner with engineering and design squads to translate insights into well-scoped, outcome-driven deliverables

    • Foster the principle of building the smallest valuable thing and iterating based on evidence and feedback

    • Define clear success metrics for your product area and use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes

    • Build and communicate a commercial case for your roadmap investments, demonstrating clear linkage between product decisions and business outcomes such as retention, expansion and customer value

    • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders across the business

    • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to support successful go-to-market execution

Experience and skills we're looking for:

    • Track record in a Product Manager role within a B2B SaaS environment, owning a product area end-to-end

    • Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through to release and ongoing iteration

    • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating complex user needs into clear product requirements

    • Strong background in building products with design at the centre of the approach

    • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to incorporate both qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform decision-making

    • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how product decisions influence revenue, retention and customer value — and the ability to articulate that to senior stakeholders

    • Demonstrated ability to track and analyse the competitive landscape, synthesising market signals into actionable product insights

    • Proficient in using AI tools, such as Claude, Gemini or similar, to accelerate discovery, research, prototyping and decision-making, and have an understanding of how AI/ML capabilities can be applied within a product context

    • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales and customer success to drive results

    • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and managing trade-offs across scope, quality and time

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, at direct-to-customer standard

    • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and highly organised

Ideally, you will have:

    • Experience working with or within professional sports organisations, clubs, federations or leagues

    • Familiarity with sports performance, sports science or athlete health workflows

    • An understanding of how performance staff, such as coaches, sports scientists, physiotherapists or analysts, use technology in their day-to-day work
