The Role
Join our team as a Product Manager for Link Workflow, a fast-growing solution to streamline key internal processes on industry data. You will be the primary link between development and execution, working alongside engineers, internal stakeholders, and customers. Your focus is on ensuring seamless product operation and managing the development pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to understand their operational needs, gather requirements, and communicate product updates and timelines
- Customer/User Feedback: Collect, analyze, and translate user feedback and operational data into actionable product requirements and enhancements for Veeva Link Workflow
- Product Operation: Monitor the performance and health of the Link Workflow product, identify and troubleshoot operational issues, and manage maintenance and bug resolution alongside engineering
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role focused on software development execution
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams, understand technical constraints, and define precise functional specifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Execution Focus: A strong track record of managing product backlogs, running successful sprints, and driving feature development from concept to launch
