Weekly office requirement: Hybrid, 2 days/week
Employment type: Permanent
As our Product Manager, User Management you’ll:

Help develop and evolve the core user management capability that underpins every GWI product experience. You’ll contribute to building secure, scalable systems that support authentication, permissions, roles, licensing, and account structures - enabling both customer self-service and internal operational efficiency.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Commercial, Product Support and Security to deliver intuitive user and admin experiences, enterprise-ready identity features, and tooling that supports product-led growth. Your work will ensure customers can confidently manage access, adopt new features, and expand their usage across the platform.

What do I need to bring with me?

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

Product Execution & Delivery
  • Experience delivering features or product areas within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally involving platform or infrastructure components.
  • Ability to define clear requirements, break down complex problems, and work iteratively with Engineering and Design.
  • Strong prioritisation skills with comfort balancing user needs, technical constraints, and commercial impact.
Domain Understanding
  • Exposure to or interest in identity, authentication, roles/permissions, licensing, or other user management systems.
  • Ability to understand and explain how these capabilities fit into broader product workflows, customer journeys, and upgrade paths.
  • Willingness to deepen technical knowledge and ask smart questions to understand engineering trade-offs.
Technical Product Management
  • Ability to work closely with engineers, participate in solution discussions, and translate technical concepts into clear user or business outcomes.
  • Comfort working with data models, system flows, and scalable frameworks such as entitlements or account structures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Clear, structured communication skills that make complex topics simple and actionable for internal and external audiences.
  • Experience working with teams such as Engineering, Security, Customer Success, Support, and Legal to navigate dependencies.
  • Ability to balance customer-facing needs with internal system and tooling requirements.
Problem Solving & Decision Making
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and break down multi-layered problems into structured, testable steps.
  • Experience using data, experimentation, or usage signals to inform decisions and guide iterations.
  • Comfortable supporting product work that may require migrations, transitions, or incremental rollout planning.
Growth Mindset & Ways of Working
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and appetite to learn - especially in an evolving technical and platform-oriented domain.
  • Proactive energy and ownership, with the ability to move work forward independently while seeking alignment when needed.
  • Collaborative and open working style that contributes to a healthy product culture within squads.

Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.

Why Join Us
  • You’ll shape a foundational platform capability that impacts every GWI product experience.
  • You’ll influence both customer-facing and internal systems, driving operational scale and product-led growth.
  • You’ll work deeply cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Security, Commercial, and more.
  • You’ll help build the identity and access foundations that unlock GWI’s next stage of growth.
