As a Product Manager at E.ON Next, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional products that meet the needs of our growing customer base. You’ll work closely with technology teams, using your creative problem-solving skills and relationship-focused approach to deliver innovative solutions that drive impact.   • Empathy for Users: Develop a deep understanding of your market, user needs, and behaviours, while appreciating the full scope of your product offerings to create impactful solutions.

  • Ownership and Collaboration: Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth integration of roles throughout the process.

  • Data-Informed Decisions: Use data and analytics to guide strategies, refine products, and continuously enhance user experiences and satisfaction.

  • Inspire and Advocate: Share your vision with enthusiasm, fostering collaboration and inspiring internal and external stakeholders to support your team and products.

  • Iterative and Adaptive Approach: Embrace a flexible, experimental mindset in product development, fostering quick learning and adaptation to create products that truly connect with users and align with business objectives.

  • Active Community Engagement: Participate actively in the Product Community, sharing valuable insights, learning from others, and contributing to the growth and improvement of product management practices.

Are we the perfect match?

  • Relevant Education or Experience: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience that supports your expertise in product management.

  • Agile Product Management: Strong background in product management with a focus on agile delivery methodologies, ensuring flexible and collaborative development.

  • User-Centered Approach: Proven experience in user research and discovery techniques, working closely with technical teams to deliver solutions that truly meet user needs.

  • Tech-Savvy Innovator: Solid understanding of current technology trends, with the ability to thoughtfully apply them to enhance product development.

  • Empathetic Communicator: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, fostering positive relationships and aligning teams around shared goals.

  • Location – London - E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PB with travel to our other sites when required.

  • Working environment: Flexible hybrid working – a blend of in the office and home working.

  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays each year – this includes a guaranteed day of for your birthday off if you want it.

  • Generous pension scheme (you contribute 5%, we contribute 6%, increasing to 10% after 2 years)
