ROLE PROFILE:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sustainable Product Manager to join our team to help with the development, positioning, and growth of our sustainable product suite. This role will focus on delivering innovative solutions, coordinating product initiatives, and deepening client engagement.

 

ROLE SUMMARY:
  • The Sustainable Product Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of sustainable products, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory developments, and sustainability objectives.

  • This role involves coordinating product development activities, overseeing performance and positioning, and acting as a key point of contact for institutional clients and internal stakeholders.

  • The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in sustainable finance, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality investment solutions.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Product Development & Enhancement: Lead cross-functional efforts to design, launch, and evolve sustainable products, incorporating market insights and client feedback.

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a product expert in client meetings, industry forums, and internal discussions. Build trusted relationships with institutional clients and strategic partners.

  • Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and research teams to develop product materials, training content, and client-facing documentation.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and sustainability metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring continued relevance and competitiveness.

  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, regulatory developments, and sustainability standards to support product positioning and development.

  • Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Represent the firm in industry working groups, conferences, and publications, contributing to the advancement and mainstreaming of sustainable finance.

  • Team Collaboration: Support and guide product specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • ESG Expertise: Understanding of sustainable investment frameworks, and Climate & ESG integration methodologies.

  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong quantitative skills. A proficiency in Python for product simulation and toolkit enhancement would be plus.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage stakeholders and clients. Multilingual capabilities would be a plus.

  • Collaboration & Coordination: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and support team development.

  • Execution & Delivery: Strong project management skills and a results-oriented outlook.

  • Passion for Sustainability: A genuine commitment to advancing sustainable finance and driving positive impact through investment innovation.
