About The Role 

We are currently hiring for a Product Manager with a strong background in social product and user experience to join our team here at Doctify. You will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare review experiences. Working cross-functionally, you will guide the development and optimisation of Doctify’s products to meet user needs while aligning with our mission to build trust and transparency in healthcare. 

This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical knowledge, and user empathy to create a seamless, user-centred experience for both patients and healthcare providers with a focus on our new social and networking products.

You’ll Be Responsible For 

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Defining and managing the product roadmap, aligning with Doctify’s goals for growth, user engagement, and service improvement.
  • User Research & Insights: Leading efforts in gathering and analysing feedback from patients and healthcare providers to identify opportunities for new features, improved usability, and overall experience enhancement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to execute product initiatives effectively, ensuring each release delivers meaningful value.
  • Metrics & Performance Tracking: Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, monitoring product performance, and using insights to guide future enhancements.
  • Market Research: Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and user behaviours to continuously refine Doctify’s offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicating project updates, product progress, and user insights with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and support.

About You 

You will have: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, preferably within HealthTech, SaaS, or consumer platforms. 
  • A strong understanding of best practice in UX/UI patterns for user journeys on both desktop and mobile platforms. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in product management tools. 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • A Passion for healthcare and technology, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. 
  • Experience in social networking types of systems.
