The Product Manager will own the SME Digital Lending product lifecycle, improve risk models, optimize channels, and drive portfolio growth.
We are scaling our SME Digital Lending direction and looking for a Product Manager who can own the product end-to-end and drive measurable growth from day one.
This role requires someone hands-on, data-driven, and commercially sharp — with real experience in building and scaling digital lending products for B2B / SME clients.
We expect first tangible outcomes within 6–8 weeks.
What You’ll Do- Own the SME Digital Lending product lifecycle end-to-end
- Improve risk models, approval flows, and credit decision logic
- Optimize acquisition and distribution channels
- Drive portfolio growth while balancing risk and profitability
- Prioritize based on data, unit economics, and business impact
- Work closely with Risk, Data, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Adapt proven international lending practices to the Nigerian market
Requirements
- 4–7 years of Product Management experience
- Strong background in digital lending for SME / B2B clients
- Experience in international markets (Europe, LatAm, SEA, USA, UK, Russia, etc.)
- Solid understanding of risk frameworks, scoring, underwriting, and portfolio metrics
- Proven track record of scaling lending products
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly data-driven decision-making approach
- Fluent English
