What's the role?We are seeking a capable and motivated Product Manager to support a portfolio of Routing and Navigation, serving both Automotive and Enterprise markets. This role suits a product professional who can contribute to product strategy, support product innovation and evolution, help deliver a strong and differentiated offering, and maintain a clear focus on quality KPIs and cost targets.  The role works closely with cross-functional teams, including Automotive and Enterprise go-to-market teams, development, data operations, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery and growth of our routing offerings.   Key Responsibilities  Product Strategy and Roadmap 
  • Contribute to a clear product vision and strategy for routing services that aligns with the company's overall goals and market needs. 
  • Help develop and maintain a product roadmap that integrates data and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer demands. 
  • Prioritise product features, enhancements, and improvements based on market input, research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
Product Development 
  • Support the ideation, validation, and development of routing features and capabilities from concept through to production release. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in routing, including EV routing, truck routing, and multi-modal use cases. 
  • Collaborate with go-to-market, development, and design teams to create customer-centric routing products that meet market demands. 
Quality KPI´s and Cost Control 
  • Maintain a strong focus on product quality, treating internal and customer-facing quality KPIs as a central part of day-to-day product work. 
  • Contribute to cost targets for the routing portfolio. 
  • Monitor product performance metrics and make data-informed decisions to optimise product quality and cost. 
  • Work closely with development and data sourcing teams to support effective integrated product roadmaps and quality KPIs. 
  • Work closely with go-to-market teams to support effective go-to-market strategies and licensing models. 
Stakeholder Management 
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on routing topics, including engineering colleagues, customers, and partners. 
  • Communicate product direction, propositions, and performance clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and support. 
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration so that teams are aligned and working towards common goals. 
Customer Focus 
  • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are reflected in product decisions. 
  • Conduct regular customer interviews, surveys, and testing to gather insights and improve the routing offering. 
  • Help build customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering products that meet customer expectations. 
   Who are you?
  • Bachelor's degree in Product, Business, Marketing, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.   
  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, with prior exposure to routing, navigation, mapping, or related location-based products a bonus.    
  • You care about your customers, take time to understand their problems, and look for ways to solve them.   
  • Familiarity with, or strong interest in, routing-related domains such as EV Routing and Vehicle Navigation, and Fleet Logistics.   
  • Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to support data-informed decisions.   
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.   
  • Working knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.   
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.   
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment, able to manage several workstreams in parallel. 

This role can also be based in Berlin, Eindhoven and Krakow.
