What you will be responsible for
We’re seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems, pushing boundaries, influencing strategy, and making a strong impact on product execution and quality. Reporting to the VP of Growth and Innovation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to shape our platform’s future. You will focus on developing products that empower retailers to optimize their operations through data-driven decision making, leveraging deep learning and computer vision.
What you will do

  • Drive key Focal initiatives, directly influencing strategic product roadmap
  • Work closely with the design, engineering and customer success teams on executing the product vision
  • Work with the largest retailers in the world on integrating our technology into their operational processes
  • Ensure features and bugs are reported and prioritized
  • Keep roadmap, progress trackers and documentation up to date and maintained
  • Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for the performance of our models and infrastructure
  • Proactively seek a firsthand understanding of issues and areas for improvement for our products, including frequent client interviews and visits

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 3+ years professional experience, preferably 2+ years in a product management role managing a B2B data heavy SaaS application
  • Technical degree (e.g. EE, CS, Math, Stats) a plus
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes
  • Knowledge of SQL and data science, data-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to plan and manage a long-term product roadmap, lead product initiatives, rapid iteration, and ongoing customer discovery with tangible results
  • Recent startup experience; uphold our values & mission; team player
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Fluency in English

Nice to Have

  • Ability to speak French and/or German
