Pall Medical Point-of-Use Filtration Product Manager (d/f/m)

What you’ll do:

  • Actively manage all commercial aspects of the point-of-use filtration portfolio including pricing, promotion and service levels. Maintaining effective communication and interaction with the customers and internally with Commercial, R&D, Operations and other key functional groups within the company.
  • Analyse competitive landscape including product offerings, performance claims, overall market positioning and selling strategies to develop and maintain action plans, drive product portfolio growth and gain market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities for new and existing products and develop selling tools to help commercial representatives in targeting the right customers and applications as well as responding to customer needs and overcoming objections and competitive threats.
  • Establish scope for New Product Development activities using rigorous Voice of Customer, prioritization and growth tools and proactively identify, manage and plan for product introduction risks and mitigations.
  • Lead the development as a customer champion to identify customer pain-points, user needs and ensure our products solve valuable problems in attractive segments.

Who you are:

  • Relevant experience in Life Sciences with a background in Biotechnology or Medical preferred or 5 years of related experience and at least 2 years in Product Management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with people from various functional disciplines including: sales, marketing, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, legal, Danaher Business System and planning.
  • Must have the ability to actively manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Ability to translate market, customer and application requirements into clear and concrete product design characteristics as well as marketing, sales and pricing strategies.
  • Good knowledge of global healthcare market

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Mentoring and training commercial associates, customers and other supporting functions.
  • Healthcare water applications
  • Taking a product from concept to launch. NPD
