We’re looking for a talented product manager to join our technology team and help us develop and grow our platforms.

Savanta is a data, market research and advisory company with teams in the UK, Americas, and APAC. Working with high-profile organizations and some of the world’s best-known brands, we Inform & Inspire our clients to Make Better Decisions through powerful data, empowering technology and high-impact consulting.

Savanta is on a bold journey - transforming from a traditional market research firm into a tech-first, insights-driven leader.

About the Role:

Are you ready to take ownership of a key technology platform and help shape the future of research products? At Savanta, we’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our AllVue platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our research teams and clients. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple teams and product types, from components to full-scale solutions, and to play a pivotal role in our transition to a product-led organization.

This role would suit a product owner or junior product manager ready to step up and take on more ownership, or a more experienced candidate looking to build platform experience. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills across customer engagement, product lifecycles, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the daily product decisions and strategic direction of the AllVue platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Engaging with customers and users to understand their needs, translating insights into actionable product and feature releases.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Setting the vision and strategy for platform development, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Identifying common themes in customer feedback to build reusable, valuable features.

It’s an exciting time for Savanta as we adopt new technologies including Snowflake and AI and move towards being a more product-led organisation. You could be at the forefront of that change, working out how to improve our SaaS analysis tools, or automate insight delivery with virtual agents – this role will guide the shape of the platform that powers our business.

Our product managers work across the platform, and therefore the role has a broad scope. There is plenty of variety in the work, covering products in a range of lifecycle stages from scripting and fieldwork, through to analysis and delivery.

Our Tech Team encourages a learning and collaborative environment, where empowerment is key to our success, along with developing a culture of innovation and creating an environment where everyone can excel.

This role is based in our London office, with the expectation to be onsite 1-2 days a week.

About You:

As a Product Manager you’ll have solid relevant experience, ideally working on digital products, with an understanding of the technologies required to build these products and how they fit together. You’ll have the opportunity to broaden that experience working on a range of products and technologies in a growing company.

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles (e.g., business analyst, product designer, delivery/project-based tech roles).
  • You’ve delivered products or features through from discovery to implementation and can reflect on what you’ve learned.
  • Able to understand technology trends and see how they impact a product roadmap and have a focus on outcomes not outputs.
  • Can build strong working relationships with a range of colleagues and be able to articulate product roadmaps to a range of audiences.
  • Quick learner with a strong background in user/customer research, discovery, and agile delivery.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, negotiate, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and facilitate change management.

Desirable experience:

  • B2B tech experience is a plus.
  • While we absolutely don’t expect you to know how to code, a degree of technical literacy (e.g. foundational understanding of APIs, databases or software principles) would be beneficial. Experience working closely with engineering teams or a past technical role (even if informal) is an asset.
  • Industry experience: at tech-forward research firms, or a relevant industry such as data products, advertising, or marketing data.
  • Experience working with data analytics or business intelligence tools, or managing data-heavy products (for example, experience with customer insight platforms or analytics dashboards).
