Mission statement

As a Product Manager for our Market Intelligence team, you will be at the forefront of identifying and translating complex digital asset data into actionable intelligence. Your mission is to lead a team dedicated to gathering comprehensive market information – from user behavior and Keyrock's operational data to any publicly available data source. You will drive the creation of a platform with deep insights for specific user personas, highlighting weak areas, understanding liquidity dynamics, and proposing optimisations to enhance Keyrock's services and empower our clients.

Outcomes

A successful Product Manager, Market Intelligence will:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Keyrock’s Market Intelligence products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market needs.

  • Lead the Market Intelligence team to proactively collect, analyze, and synthesize a wide array of data points, including user activity, Keyrock's internal data, and external market intelligence.

  • Conduct market studies and customer discovery to understand client pain points, spot opportunities, and adapt existing products or propose new ones that improve our product offering.

  • Drive the continuous improvement of Keyrock’s service offerings by providing data-driven recommendations, such as optimizing liquidity provision strategies or addressing price stability challenges for DeFi protocols.

  • Establish Keyrock as a leading provider of intelligent market insights by developing innovative reporting methodologies and data visualization techniques combined with AI-powered features that deliver tangible value to clients.

Essentials

  • Proven experience in product management with a strong background in selling financial data, either within traditional finance (TradFi) or the digital asset/crypto space.

  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystems, including market dynamics, protocols, and key players.

  • High-level comprehension of modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies and their practical applications in data analysis and insights generation.

  • Great analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with engineering teams, commercial, and external clients.

Beneficial experience

  • Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with quantitative analysis or algorithmic trading concepts.

  • Track record of leveraging AI/ML solutions to enhance data product offerings.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
