Job Description
Join JP Morgan Chase's Collaboration and Communication Product Line to enhance productivity for our global workforce and clients. We seek a Product Manager to ensure the resilience of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, OnePromote, and Teams. Collaborate with engineering to design recovery plans, protect data, and maintain compliance. Your expertise will minimize downtime and data loss, supporting operational resilience in a people-oriented culture that values user experience and continuous improvement.
You will also work closely with risk, and business stakeholders, building consensus where necessary, to develop comprehensive backup, monitoring, and incident response frameworks tailored to the unique risks of the M365 stack. This includes evaluating and deploying backup solutions, establishing clear recovery objectives, and ensuring that recovery processes are rigorously documented, tested, and aligned with JP Morgan's business continuity goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing the organization to respond decisively to major outages or data integrity threats, minimizing downtime and data loss while supporting a culture of operational resilience.

With teams based in Jersey City and the United Kingdom (London, Bournemouth), this role will play a pivotal part in shaping strategy and execution. We are an agile, multi-functional team that thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Job responsibilities :
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and deliver value.
  • Prioritizes the product backlog &, maintain a vision for the product
  • Helps with overall product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks.
  • Measure product KPIs and success measures by understanding the target outcomes and tracking our progress against targets.
  • Working collaboratively with Engineering teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations work
  • Advocating for, and deeply understanding, the needs of the product's customers
  • Works closely with users and key stakeholders to drive adoption and transform business workflows
  • Conducts market research and tracks industry developments understands implications to product vision and strategy
  • Defines and manages the product's business metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability
  • Oversees and drives the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product
  • Lead by example, exhibiting robust risk measures while advocating for adherence throughout the development lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
  • Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Experience in Technology product management role within enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with common technical concepts, architectures, and cloud-based principles is critical, but hands on development experience is not essential.
  • Experience in a product management construct with an emphasis on data mapping and migrations
  • Experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
  • Understanding of the end-to-end software development process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations
  • Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • An understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
  • Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
