Product Marketing Manager - Insurance

Location: London, Milton Keynes, or Newcastle

The Insurance Product Marketing Manager will be instrumental in shaping product performance, customer service quality, and regulatory compliance across our insurance offerings. This pivotal position bridges the gap between sales, account management, claims, suppliers, and compliance functions, ensuring each insurance product delivers fair value, supports business growth, and meets all industry standards. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

Lead the delivery and growth of our insurance products – shaping customer experience, driving compliance, managing supplier partnerships, and supporting sales success. 

  • Drive ongoing product market fit reviews across insurance products, improving features, customer experience, terms, and tools. 
  • Act as the key link between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure clear, effective communication on products and claims. 
  • Oversee escalated complaints and claims, challenging insurers where needed to secure fair, timely resolutions. 
  • Support sales and account management with winning new business, retention, and growth of large-scale customers. 
  • Manage insurance supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with commercial goals, regulatory standards, and customer outcomes. 
  • Lead product governance, compliance, and reporting, including FCA/Consumer Duty obligations, fair value assessments, and performance monitoring. 
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and insights to inform business decisions and drive revenue targets. 



Who you are 

Willing to bring your insurance expertise to a dynamic role where product, people, and customer impact come together. 

  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance, including product development, claims, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Experience with B2B, B2C, and B2B2C products, with knowledge of the lettings market advantageous but not essential. 
  • Proven background in regulated environments, product governance, and FCA/Consumer Duty compliance. 
  • Track record of stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship management, influencing outcomes across teams. 
  • Commercially astute with analytical and forecasting skills to support revenue growth and decision-making. 
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enhancing satisfaction through claims and product experience. 
  • Collaborative, highly organised, and proactive, with experience supporting sales, retention, and continuous improvement.
