This pivotal position bridges the gap between strategic product development and creative visual execution. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, manage the entire lifecycle from concept to launch, and ensure market alignment while simultaneously crafting compelling brand identities and marketing assets. This role is essential for fostering innovation, enhancing user experiences, and maintaining consistent, high-quality visual communication across all digital and print channels, ultimately contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute product strategies, including roadmaps that align with organizational objectives, while conducting thorough market and competitor analysis.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, prioritizing features based on value and business impact, and managing release schedules and post-launch enhancements.
- Elicit and document detailed business and technical requirements, translating user needs into clear specifications, PRDs, and user stories.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams to track milestones and lead Agile ceremonies.
- Analyze user feedback and performance data to drive usability improvements and ensure products meet customer expectations.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as retention and engagement to generate insights and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular progress updates and aligning expectations regarding delivery timelines.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all corporate communications and assets.
- Design a wide array of creative materials, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, and presentation decks.
- Create user interface elements and visual assets for web and mobile platforms in collaboration with UX designers.
- Produce multimedia content such as infographics, motion graphics, and promotional videos to support training and marketing initiatives.
- Organize and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring proper version control and accessibility of design resources.
- Support product marketing efforts by creating launch materials and visual campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
- Conduct customer research to identify pain points and recommend product enhancements based on behavioral analysis.
- Stay current with industry trends to introduce new tools, technologies, and design processes that foster continuous improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including style guides, release notes, and user manuals.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and interns on design standards and product methodologies.
