We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our eMAR/medication management product. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, prioritise features, and ensure our product continually evolves to meet customer needs and market trends. What you’ll do:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our eMAR product, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Manage the full lifecycle of eMAR product features, from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and define requirements for new features
- Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to prioritize, refine, and deliver high-impact features
- Lead product launches, ensuring effective communication, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Drive data-driven decisions using analytics tools to assess product performance and guide future iterations.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights to continuously enhance the product experience.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven environments.
- Experience of working with eMAR products
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, with a focus on agile principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and SaaS business models is a plus.
