  • Translate business needs and customer expectations into clear product requirements and actionable development priorities.

  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to build intuitive, engaging and customer-focused website experiences.

  • Analyse customer behaviour, feedback and sentiment to identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, developers and delivery teams.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate product progress and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

  • Take full ownership of product outcomes, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines.

Who Are We Looking For?
  • 8–12 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong background in Product Management, preferably within eCommerce or digital commerce environments.

  • Proven ability to independently lead the overall design, development and delivery of complex digital products from concept to successful rollout.

  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing end-to-end online buying experiences, covering product discovery, search, comparison, selection, shopping cart, checkout, payment, order tracking and delivery.

  • Strong understanding of the complete eCommerce customer journey, from initial product exploration to purchase and order fulfilment.

  • Extensive experience in defining product visions, gathering and translating business requirements, conducting product discovery and building actionable product roadmaps.

  • Ability to manage the full product development process, from initial design and planning to development, implementation and rollout.

  • Solid understanding of website functionality, UX/UI principles and customer behaviour, with the ability to translate customer insights and sentiment into improved digital experiences.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, working closely with business stakeholders, designers, developers and other relevant departments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align expectations, coordinate priorities and take full ownership of product outcomes.

  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, combined with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

  • Availability to start on short notice.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with established eCommerce platforms or webshop solutions.

  • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.

  • Experience with digital conversion optimisation, customer journey analytics or online payment processes.

  • Previous experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

What Do We Offer?

At Capco, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects in a dynamic, international consulting environment.

  • An entrepreneurial culture where you are encouraged to take initiative and make a difference.

  • The opportunity to work alongside talented professionals across business and technology.
