The role involves conducting market research in the Crypto/Web3 industry, leading marketing strategies for token listings, optimizing campaigns for user acquisition, and managing trading market share and user growth.

What You'll Be DoingWhat We Look For In YouNice-To-Haves
- Conduct in-depth market research, gather user insights and identify the latest trends/topics in the Crypto/Web3 industry, bringing positive influence to the product roadmap.
- Lead overall marketing strategy for token listing, including campaigns, channel collaboration, promotions, etc. to maximize the impact and effectiveness of our token listings.
- Continuously optimize campaign strategies for listings, to increase user acquisition.
- Responsible for trading VOL market share, AUM growth and new users LTV .
- Develop and build new growth tools.
- 5-8 years of experience in Product Strategy or Product Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential.
- Strong interest in the Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain industry.
- Successful experience in designing and executing user acquisition or VOL/AUM driven campaigns
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with crypto trading / Web3 industry.
- Prior leadership and people management experience.
